CLUTCH RESET / REINSTALL TOOL SET
Applications: FORD vehicles with DPS6 / 6DCT250 Powershift transmission from 2010 onwards.
This tool set it allows you to remove a Dual Clutch Assembly that you plan to re-use.
For example, if you wish to remove the Dual Clutch to perform any kind of repair work to reseal, or install transmission seals, if you wish to replace the throw out bearing assembly, you will use this tool to RESET AND REINSTALL the same existing DCT clutch assembly that you have removed.
Without this tool you will need to purchase a new DCT clutch.
The key is the locks/snaps/clips that release upon removal of the clutch.
